I've seen these designs on Etsy - are they yours?

Yes! BrainRot used to operate as an Etsy shop called "Fangirl Flair." Our Etsy shop has unfortunately closed, but we migrated to our own site. I am the original designer behind all designs sold here- any other listings you may see online have stolen my artwork.

I ordered the wrong size/color!

Please contact us ASAP with any size/color changes. Orders are sent to production after 24 hours; any size/color changes requested after that time period cannot be fulfilled.

I used the wrong address!

Please contact us ASAP with any address changes. Orders are sent to production after 24 hours; any address changes requested after that time period cannot be fulfilled.

I received the wrong item!

That's ok! Sometimes our print provider will accidentally mix up packages. Please contact us with a photo of the item you received, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out free of charge.

My item is damaged/defective

Our print provider does their best with quality control, but occasionally an issue will slip through the cracks. Please contact us with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge.

My order never arrived

Sometimes tracking information is inaccurate. If your package has not moved in multiple days, it is most likely lost in the mail. Please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that are stolen.
